7:29 p.m. | 2003-04-02 Happy Henderson�s Famous Fish Recipe. My 15-year-old nephew, Happy, has been fishing since he was about one years old. He also has a penchant for inventing recipes. At the ripe old age of two, he came up with his first fish recipe. I thought I�d share it with you all. Here it is. Ingredients 2 lemons Some pepper A little salt Bacon bits Chili peppers, chopped up Red & green bell peppers Little bit of celery Little bit of carrots Directions Gut and chop off head. Put carrots where the tail was and celery where the guts were. Peppers where the head was. Cook in oil. Chili peppers where his bottom was. Sprinkle bacon bits inside from head to tail. Put lemon on top and bottom after cooking. Serve with salad with lemon and bacon bits on it. That�s it, now you know how to cook fish!
